VL1100 TSD Shutter issue

Hi,

I've loaded existing showfile into the console (v2.1.2.9.0.7) which was the version the file was saved in. DMX out is via a gateway.

There were VL1000TS (remote dimmers patch). I changed the fixtures to VL1100TSD from the fixture library.

It was working fine until a couple of days ago, when i tried to control the shutters manually via the encoders, the fixtures do not respond. However, when i call the DMX of the fixture. It responds.

Upon further troubleshooting (observing the DMX outputs on the console and the actual DMX output from the gateway), when i control it via the shutter address, it works fine.
But when i control the shutters via the encoders (eg. Frame In 1), the manual values change, the DMX address output on the console changes, but the actual DMX output on the gateway does not change.

Strangely it was working fine before.

The only way i could get it to work, was to custom the fixture library removing the Frame In and Frame Angles for the shutters. It only affects the shutters everything else is fine.

I need some help with this asap as im trying to restore it to the actual fixture library, but to no avail.

Thanks!

Regards,

Carey
