Bug: Can't disable the encoder accelerators on Ion

Bug: Can't disable the encoder accelerators on Ion I'm using an Ion, software version 2.2.0.9.0.96. In the EosFamily_v2.2.0_ManualSupplement_RevA it says, Encoder Acceleration has been removed from Eos and Ion, which matches the behavior of the Eos Ti and Gio encoders. I'm against options being taken away in general, but I would never use the encoder acceleration. For one thing, I would like to be able to set pan or tilt to be at a certain position when the knob is at the top and with the acceleration I can't do that. Degrees per revolution and percent per revolution both work but the encoder acceleration is still there.
