Hi All,
I was wondering if there was a way to navigate between workspaces on both screens other than Tab Arrow Up or Tab Arrow Down.
I'm setting up an X-Key for a designer's RVI and I'd love to have 3 buttons, one for each workspace.
I would like to use the 3 workspaces so he can swap between screen layouts. I didn't want to just recall snapshots as I don't want to have to worry about re-recording them every time something changes as we make our way through tech. He can customize the screens as we figure out what displays work. Then at the end of the day before we power down, I'll save any changes back into the base snapshot for each workspace.
Also I like the speed of switching workspaces vs recalling a snapshot which has to open / redraw multiple magic sheet frames.
For now I guess I'll just make a single Tab Arrow up macro and we can page through the workspaces, but I think it would be great to activate a workspace via commandline / macro similar to how you can TAB # to go straight to an open tab by number.
Thanks,
-Ben
