Possible Patch tab bug?

If the browser is locked closed when I enter the Patch tab by either clicking on the tab or [DISPLAYS]{patch} or [TAB][1][2][ENTER], I am unable to click on the softkeys, either the Facepanel buttons or the on-screen buttons. When I unlock the browser, I need to click on a new tab and then back into Patch before the softkeys "unlock". It doesn't happen if the browser is unlocked or locked open and it doesn't seem to happen in any other tabs (although I have not tried every one).
Running on an ION.
Anybody else noticed this issue?
