Since upgrading to the newest software I can no longer run channel check on my iPhone. I can open one channel but when using next the one channel remains, even though my phone is showing the next channel. It actually locks up and I have to do a gotocue out on the console. Is there an upgrade for the phone?

Are you sure on the iRFR you are in channel check mode? Usually the board/remote remembers what mode it was in last, but after updating software I believe this reverts back to default mode (Live perhaps).

Not sure where to find that but my phone app says ChaChk in yellow at the top. Even still, enter 1 @@ and 1 goes to full. Then clear 1 and enter 2 @@ and 1 and 2 go full. Then clear 1 and 2 and enter 3 @@ and 1, 2 and 3 go to full. So it's not just ch check. Anything entered remains on the ION monitor at whatever level they were originally entered on the phone. The only way to clear them is CoToCue Out on the ION.

Try putting the channel at full via the softkey, not using @@. Sometimes those shortcuts (@@) don't acknowledge the channel check state and only put it at that level in live.

I think the issue is you have to type Chan 1 at ENTER. when you do that, then CHNCHECK is automatically inserted into the command line and will be in actual channel check mode. If you don't, it just brings up the channel and it will not work as you want it.
