Hi, just wondering if anyone has come across this and may know a cause/cure. When I switched on our gio today everything was fine however when I returned to the board about 20 mins later I noticed that the touchscreens were unresponsive, selecting tiles with the mouse still worked. In addition to this the command line keeps showing a variation of Beam Image Gobo Ind/SPD and Gobo wheel mode randomly with no input being made, the only button being pressed is the go button. The software version is 2.1.2.9.0.7. Hope this makes sense.

If you have an external keyboard, check nothing is resting on it or even just unplug it as it might have a bad connection, of course this doesn't explain the lack of working touch screens but would explain the weirdness posted to the command line. Or of course phone tech support.
Good Luck,
Stacy

This happened on a gio I was working with about a week ago. Tech support said the board would have to come in for repair. Sent it back to the rental shop where they couldn't repeat the problem. I can only think that it had to do with my external monitors. One wouldn't link up and after awhile the whole set of control surfaces lost their touch ability. Something on the USB buss? Tech support acted like it was a known issue. But then the shop reported no problem. Still don't know wtf. Desk is back and working fine.
