How do I tell Nomad what type of console I want it to be for offline editing?

Question

I have Nomad installed on a Mac that used to have Element Offline Editor installed, and it appears that Nomad has decided to run in "Element" mode on that Mac. 
 I need to get it to run in "Ion" mode so I can prep for a show that will use an Ion, but I can't find any settings that tell Nomad what type of console it should be. 
 
 Am I missing something painfully obvious?

The Nomad shell should open when you start the program. That is where you pick offline, offline w/ viz, etc. It also tells you which Nomad will start. In the lower left hand corner of that shell there is light gray text that says "Change Console Mode", click that and you should be able to pick between EOS Nomad and Element Nomad.
