We are purchasing the Megalite Drama Q170 and currently do not have a profile for it in patch on our ION board. Would you please add this light? In addition we are purchasing the new Chauvet COLORado 2-quad Zoom Tour. This also is not available in Patch. What is the time frame to add these?

The most important thing is that you post links to the user manuals of those fixtures

tirifaraone, it is actually very easy to build your own profiles for any fixture on the Eos family software.
As long as you have the user manual that includes all the DMX attributes, just follow them step by step, channel by channel.
Some channels will have "ranges", those can all be entered within each channel that requires them.
Feel free to ask if you need advice.
