Ion won't power on

Hello all,

i came in to work this morning, hit the power button on my Ion and nothing happened. It is plugged into an APC UPS that is functioning as it should and all the fader wings and monitors have power. I tried different power cables and different outlets with no success. I have a suspicion that maybe the switch on the power buttoning maybe the whole power supply is broken. Is this known problem? Has anyone else had this issue?

Hello, Ryan: Assuming that the hard power switch on the back is in t he on position, it does sound like you may have a hardware issue on your Ion console. When you are able, could you please give ETC Technical Services a call? They can walk you through the process for getting your Ion in for repair.
