On our EOS console, we're getting random lanterns turn on when we power down the desk? It's been happening since we first got it and is still happening with the latest software update.
It seems to put lanterns up at full on both universes so I'm not sure that it's our dimmers.
We've taken to pulling out the Ethernet cable to the gateway from the desk before we power down but surely this can't the only way to deal with this?
Any help would be very much appreciated.
