Ion booting up into unknown cue

Hey all-

I just ran into an annoying problem of the console booting up into some unknown cue, with a submaster level up. When I shut the console down, the faders are clear (Go to cue 0, and go to cue out) with no subs up, but when I boot back up, it is in that unknown cue. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Have you done a deep clear of the console?

Exit out to the shell and go into the Settings/Maintenance tab Do the deep clear from there.
It might be helpful to save the logs and then forward those on to factory tech services so that they can take a look at them as well....

DEEP CLEAR!!! THANKS! That totally fixed the problem.

I took "deep clear" a little too seriously thinking it would purge the contents of the hard drive and start from scratch!
