American DJ has told me they should have the information to send in the next 24/48 hours. I will keep you posted.

Hello! Sorry for the delay in response. We just spoke on the phone. Your fixture profile is included in Build 32 of the fixture library patch. This patch can be found here: http://www.etcconnect.com/Products/Consoles/Eos-Family/Ion/Software.aspx. Be sure your console is running v2.2.0 software before installing this patch. Thank you!
