Received my Nomad dongle and auxiliary usb claiming to be the quick guide. I am running Windows 7 on a laptop. Plugged in the usb quick guide key but nothing opened. Double clicked on that drive (f:) and received Application not found error. Can't find any way to open the contents. Opened the EOS software and see drive f: and all the folders, but again can't open anything. Sooooo doing something wrong?
Second when I inserted the Nomad 2 universe dongle it did it's thing and ended up showing the red let fully lit. When I selected offline with viz it said I needed a license and gave me the live dongle is needed error with the option to open or cancel. Again, doing something wrong?
