Ion not talking to Lights

I just got my ETC Ion back from ETC for some simple repair. They changed the SD card and cleaned everything up. I have now plugged the board back in and can't bring any of the lights up. I have since patched all of the lights back to 1 to 1 but still can't bring any lights up. Is there something I am not doing?
