Client PC won´t find Master

Hello out there!

I´m having problems finding the Master Console from my Designers Laptop (no dongle).
Network Connection seems to be OK, as my Vaio will find our GIO (with or without static IP on the PC) and connect as Client.
We´re both (shame on me) running Win 8.1; 64 bit...

On his Laptop I checked that the same Software Version is running and language is also the same. Then in properties I told Windows to start EOS-Offline as Administrator started the application in mirror mode and got a Message that Multi-Console-Network-Drivers couldn´t get started (not shure about the term, I´m working with a german Translation); when started the offline-Editor couldn´t find a Master.

Then I went to the Shell and tried to ping the console, which worked.
Then I spent some time with Google and on etcconnect which brought me to this:

 http://www.etcconnect.com/Support/Articles/Eos-Family-Client-Running-Windows-Vista-or-7-and-SLP.aspx?LangType=1031

I checked that and couldn´t find that "Service Location Protocol" on his PC (found it on mine) and installed OpenSLP ( http://www.openslp.org/ ).
Since then there´s no message about Multi-Console-Network-Drivers anymore when I´m starting in Mirror-Mode but still no Master.

Oh and for shure I checked his  (Windows) Firewall. It should not block EOS-Offline.

Has anyone further Ideas what could cause the Problem or what I´m doing wrong?

I would be very happy to get that to work ´cause we´re without Intercom during tech and it´s really annoying to give him the channel levels via Radio all the time...

Thanks a lot and greetings from Berlin
