new ion fixture probs

Hi there, I have just set up my ion and have patched all my dimmers and fixtures.  First I have some mac 250 kryptons in ext mode, addressed and doing what they are supposed to do except there are attributes missing?  Gobo rotate and also prism is missing also I cant get the colour wheel to rotate on its own.  any ideas what I am  doing wrong.

I also have some cheap show tec rgb led par cans, they working ok but again I used have an attribute on my old desk to make them fade colours into each other at varying speeds.

And lastly my mac 300s will only tilt the pan will not do anything on any of them modes are all ok

  • Sorry for any problems you've been having--Need a little help from you to assist further.

    1- The Mac250 Krypton should have a Gobo Wheel and Gobo Index/Speed parameter. There is an option for rotate and then the index speed encoder should control the speed. As for the prism that is located under Beam FX Select.

    2-The Showtex RGB Led par cans--Do you happen to know what mode that is on the fixture?

    3- What mode are you using on the Mac300?
