Color mixing LEDs with fader wing

I have tried this many times and always have issues.

I would like to set up my fader wing to act like old fashioned sliders.  I want to be able to raise fader 1 and have red come up, 2 Blue, 3 Gree, etc.

However, I also want the color to go down when I lower the slider. Currently if I raise the Red and then lower it and raise the Green, I get yellow because the Red value does not go down.

  • Same want as above but different problem: I was playing with putting colors on fakers today on my Ion running EoS 2.5 to color mix my Chauvet Parquad 18 LEDS. What seems to baffle me is when I take the fader back to zero the color parameters default to home and not to a previous state. For example I have a Red CP on my fader. I set the LEDS to my Blue CP and then use the fader to add Red. I get color mixing on the fade up and at full fader level I get my Red CP. Now I take the fader out and I get white light (home state) but want I want is Blue (my original value). Any ideas on how to make this happen?

    did you make sure that your red fader only contains values for red?
