The nomenclature for shutter/strobe is not going to be something we can change.  I am sorry about that. 

As for the Shutter Strobe- can you tell me about the behavior at 255 in these modes? When set to 255 for both is there no strobe?  Records seem to indicate that it would just be the fastest strobe, and not no strobe.

When Shutter Strobe and Strobe Duration are at 255 i have control of the individual colors and contrary to the manual there is no strobe when at 255.  If either Shutter Strobe or Strobe Duration is at zero you do not have the ability to control color.

And actually in Group 1 it is only shutter strobe/duration that need to be above zero to mix color and further research would be needed for the other grouping modes. 

Shutter strobe2/duration2 control white which always works. 

(oddity: White always overrides color (physically turns off colors), but i think that's a manufacturer feature?!?! Because of this "feature" i home white LED at 0)

Now i can see a case for both, (0 and 255), But being that they are color strobes i it find most useful to have the ability bring up color before strobing them.  If that seems counter intuitive to the world (i find my brain seems to work different then most) then i will just go edit them all to home Shutter Strobe and Duration to 255. 

Shutter Strobe and Strobe Duration should also have a user range of 0 to 255 and not 100.
