on a gio you can use whatever touchscreen says "win 7 compatible". don't think you should do wireless on a console. on a macbook, if it really should be portable, why don't you use a screen share app and a tablet? airdisplay and idisplay come to mind, but there are others. to be wireless on a gio, you would use a networked client computer (need dongle! or else you only get mirror mode) and run a screen share app there.
Hi again. I have tried Airdisplay with an iPad mini, but found the buttons to small. Maybe a larger tablet with better resolution
