Monitor trouble

We have recently moved our Ion desk with 2 ELO monitors (not touchscreen). When plugging it back in, we cannot get anything on the secondary monitor. It is receiving as the show title and time appear but nothing else. We have tried using expand but in vain. Any ideas?

  • when a tab on the working monitor has the gold border, press and hold Tab and use the left/right arrow keys. does this move the golden tab to the other monitor? also: what software version are you using? for quite some time you should see a gray text on the empty monitor "to get content here, use Tab + left/right arrows". and since 2.2 there should be huge icons there, asking to be clicked. (the current version is actually 2.2.1)
