Mix to Tungsten for ETC Lustr 2

Hi,

I am pretty new to using the Eos family, but I had tried out the ETC LED serie 2 Lustr recently, and while it looks great, I am not sure how do I mix it to Tungsten? What I would ideally like to do is to create a fixture personality that sets the default color mix to "Tungsten". I normally patch it to Direct mode.

  • Hi dvarian, thanks for the R000 suggestion! But I can't seem to find the option on the Eos gel picker... lowest number seems to be R002... I did found it on the MA2 Gel picker though, and it gave me a mix of colours that seems to be right... (will have to test it on a live fixture to ascertain whether it works in real life... working on onPc at the moment).

    to ueliriegg,

Could I find out whats the exact steps to making a preset to be my "home" preset? I would reckon that there is a method to apply the preset unto the default parameters?

  • Lee 130 is there and that is Clear as well. the idea of a home preset is, that every parameter recorded into the home preset takes the value in the home preset instead of taking it from the fixture personality. it is important that you selectively record into the home preset, only the parameters you really want in there, so most probably you don't want any intensity parameters in the home preset. as soon as you have recorded the home preset to let's say preset 999.99 (just an example), go to Setup ( [Displays] {Setup} ), Show, Show Settings, and enter your preset number into the Home Preset Tile.
  • L130 works! And I found the Home Preset setting too... thanks for all the tips! learning a lot more about the Eos consoles!
