Submasters: Taking Manual Control and Sneaking makes Tracking Values

Hi, 
 I'm seeing an issue on an ION running the current software. 
 -Bring up Sub 1: channels 1-10 are now at full and in yellow. 
 -Channels 1 thru 10 @ zero. channels are now red at 0. 
 -Sneak. Channels are now back to full but in purple. and the submaster has no control over those channels until I go to cue out, when they go back to yellow. 
 
 I have noticed that the programmer has no cue lists made so I am surprised that the values would go to a tracking purple 
 
 Has anyone else seen this?

Hi, sorry for the long delay in responding to this but I was changing shows. And cities. And countries. Unfortunately I was not able to get back into the small space to try to recreate the problem but here's what I think happened. I think she recorded a cue and being a hog programmer, did not realize that the ION goes into the cue that you just recorded. (The Hog and MA do not advance the cue list when you record a cue.) So the ION was in a cue state with active submasters. She then deleted the cue lists but never went to Q0 or Qout, a command she did not know. Since the intensity level of the sub matched the intensity level in the cue, I think the ION got confused and would sneak to the now non-existant cue rather than the sub.
