Trouble installing Pixel Mapping patch on Windows XP

I'm trying to install Eos Family Pixel Mapping v 1.0.1.9.0.15 for use with Nomad 2.2 on a PC running Windows XP. Nomad works fine, but the Pixel Mapping installer pops up an error, seen in the attached image.

Has anyone else encountered this? Any suggestions to fix it? Thanks!

Hi zwolf, Can you give your local ETC Tech Service a call? We will be able to walk you through the steps to fix this. Mention the reference in the popup - RND 0013263. Although it's a fairly easy fix it may be easier over the phone than here.
