Using Direct Selects

There are a couple of options

• In a standard setup you need to select the fixtures you wish to apply the Palette/Preset/Effect etc to, otherwise Eos doesn't know what you want to do.
• Double tap - If you turn on double-click Direct Selects in setup, you can double hit a direct select and all channels in that palette/preset etc will go to the specified value.

Virtual Panel (Controls) doesn't appear in the browser anymore as all configuration is done via the screens in 2.2 onwards. You simply select the Direct Selects tile on an empty display or hit [Tab]+[4][.] (then release Tab)

Marvellous! Thank you Daniel. I've been using Avolites for 20 years and I'm battling the change of syntax right now. One more question, well there are two, no several,but I will settle for an answer for this couple. Can I set a fader to reload a cue list? (so it starts at the first cue in the list when the fader is pulled down) Is there a sequence of buttons to push to clear the board? (The only way I have found so far is to have the groups selected and then clear the fixtures) Thanks again, Iain

It's a long time since I used avo, but I think your clear exit should be clear sneak enter. Loose all manual values. If you want to get rid of all currently running cuelists as well, use GotoCue Out Enter.
