Deleting things

Therin lies the problem. I delete that I delete both. I need to delete the copy not the original. My fault, I didn't save the position as a palette, however I need to delete the copy not the whole sub.

Are you wanting to remove the content from the 2nd fader?? If that is the case [Shift] + [Load Key] of the associated fader.

In a bit more detail: A sub and a fader are not the same thing. You can have far more subs (now 1000?) than you would ever have faders. So you 'load' a fader with a sub, or other things. Also each sub has a unique number, so when you copy a fader you may be making a new sub or loading it onto another fader. If you truly copied the sub then you would have a duplicate with a different number. Deleting a sub by number as Andrew said will 'unload' any fader it is on because there is no longer a sub for that fader. All this can lead to further confusion, like having the same sub on two faders. I believe that would make one fader follow the other like an motorized shadow. This is probably what you have and therefore Josh suggests 'unloading' the sub from the second fader. Did that make sense?

Right. I understand, thank you people. Thats exactly what I have, 2 faders doing the same thing.
