Does anyone have a image file of the connectivity /back panel for these units. A 1000 just has the two Universe conections....how do i connect up the additional universes?

it's very important to note the difference between physical output ports and the output license. all Ions, from 1024 to 6144 outputs (license) have two physical outputs as 5pin XLR connectors. and can be connected through ethernet cable to nodes, by e.g. sACN or Art-Net to get access to further universes. Eos software can handle universes 1 through 128. of course that's quite a bit more than what the Ion licenses allow, but 1024 doesn't mean just universes 1 and 2. it means 1024 addresses no matter how they're spread over universes 1 through 128. so, with an Ion 2000 you could have a full universe 1, half universes 2+3, addresses 1 to 100 on universes 4 through 13 and still have 24 addresses on universe 113. two of those universes could be output through the local DMX ports, the rest would need a node, or gateway as they are sometimes called.
