Eos Ti, Eos and Gio all have three video Card Outputs for 3x external Monitors. Are you talking about Ion or Element? There are only two external Monitors possible. You could run a Laptop as Client with a Client Dongle and have that as a 3rd Monitor.

Ion supports only 2 monitors. Depending on the vintage of Ion, you may be able to increase the screen real estate by using higher resolution monitors or a Matrox dual or triple-head-to-go. If you have a PC client or Nomad dongle you can network with a laptop or other device and display different information on it's screens.
