Does the Browser button do anything that the Display button doesn't?

Not currently.
At some point in the future, we intend to put in a feature which will allow the user to set a default mode for the CIA. This will allow you to, when the display key is pressed, have the CIA go directly to something like About or the Color Picker. At that point, the browser key will then open the browser.
