Selecting Channels in Effects using Query

How can I quickly select all channels running in a specific effect? How about all channels running in any effect?

{Query} [Effect] seems to act erratically, placing "Effect *" on the command line, then you have to type Clear 6 times to erase it.

I can't answer your question about selecting channels with effects, but [Shift][Clear] will clear the command line so you don't have to press [Clear] a bunch of times.

Point is, when the command line is terminated, one Clear should clear the whole line, and in this case it doesn't. That points to a bug.

Just reread the OP, I missed the * after Effect indicating a terminated command line, my apologies.
