ION wing on Nomad

Couldn't find any posts on this. Can an ION Wing be used with Nomad? Say running Nomad on a Dell laptop and use one of the ION wings via USB and power adaptor.

Thank you. I thought it might be possible but wondered if there was something I would need to do to set it up. Hopefully it's just plug and play.

It is 'plug and play', though only on a PC-based system. Mac can't support the existing wings.

Hi, I have a follow question. I got an ETC 2x20 Universal Faderwing bought together with an ETC GIO. Is my Wing the same, like the one above? Did I understand it right, that this one would not work with a MAC? Is this maybe in work?

hi dominik. yes and no.
yes, this is the same faderwing, and no, it will not work on a mac. and as far as i know, it's not in work. something about drivers...

I will test this with my macbook running VMware Fusion7. It is a fantastic way to run Win7 on a mac and is very intelligent with peripherals.
