Here is the layout of the system we are currently using. We have an EOS RPU running as the master console, EOS Ti running as a backup to the RPU, and 2-2x10 fader wings put together as a 2x20. The fader wing(s) are connected to the RPU. The RPU is left running 24 hours a day, 13 out a 14 day stretch. The EOS Ti is powered on and off everyday for use during the shows. The original fader wing configuration on the RPU in the desk setup had the wings setup as 2 individual wings, even though they are connected to each other. I recently changed the configuration to match how they were actually being used with the subs, rearranged the subs to match the new configuration, and saved these changes. A couple of times now, the faders go back to the old configuration and the subs end up in the wrong locations on the faders. The configuration page on the RPU shows that nothing has changed. Power cycling the RPU seems to fix the issue. I am wondering if there is something wrong with the configuration on the fader side, or the RPU side?
