Nomad Client Connection Problem

We have Mac with Nomad software and a dongle who can't connect to our Gio console. His user name is in red. If you click on troubleshoot, the Gio console is listed but is stroke out. Help.

I'd guess your software versions are different. They need to be identical. 2.2.1.9.0.13 is the current version I believe.

Maybe someone changed the language setting of the console?

The console is still working fine. I think it could be the Nomad software verses older client software. I have to check, but I don't think we have version 2.2.1 loaded.
