I think preheat would be more useful if it could be applied to discrete channels, rather than just globally to a cue. My LDs will generally ask me to preheat channel xx thru xx, and I would like to be able to be exact in programming their request, and not be preheating other channels (which may be coming up from black in that cue, but don't require pre-heating).
The display of this seems simple; a small 'p' in the P column, and a small Ph in the appropriate tablets.
