No, this isn't possible, and won't be.
An Eos backup is running the full Eos application, executing all the commands you give the master to ensure that the two remain constantly in sync to allow the backup to take over seamlessly.

(It actually executes them slightly after the Master Eos, to ensure that if you were to enter a command that crashes the console, only the Master goes down and the Backup can take over from just before the crash)

This means that backing up multiple Eos from one physical machine would require that the physical machine be divided into virtual machines, which adds a heavy layer of complexity (it's impossible for them to share a physical netcard or facepanel) and possible failure points for no discernible benefit.
