Version 1.4

Brent, 1.4 is scheduled to be released by the end of May.  It will support NPs on submasters, I-Masters on both submasters and playback faders, but not yet effects on subs.  That will be in a follow on release.

So...I've been waking up these last couple of mornings and the first place I log into is right here!  Hoping that I'll see v1.4 update!  I'm taking delivery of my Ion on Saturday (yeah!) and want to update before I start working!

I have heard whispers that there is a MAC OS X offline with 1.4 . . . is that true?

However, last night I downloaded "Eos_Ion_Offline_v140.zip".  Just now, when I unzipped it, all I got was a .exe file.  I can't find the file I downloaded on the site now, so I suspect it was pulled and is being tweaked.  I was/am so looking forward to running ETC software on my Mac, natively. 

It looks like the v1.4 release notes are still there, but nothing else.  Yikes!  I took my brand new ION out of the box and updated to v1.4...should I be concerned?

Worst case you can always reinstal 1.3.1.

releasenotes 1.4.0 says:... 

CAU T I O N : Eos show files are forward compatible to v1.4.x. However, v1.4.x show files are
not backward compatible to v1.3.x and previous. Once you load a v1.3.x show file
and then save it under v1.4.x software, you may lose some show data if you try to
revert the show file to v1.3.x software.

- maybe there will be some official comments soon..?

As the upgrade seems to have been pulled from the site can we get some sort of comfirmation from ETC as to what the  situation is. I cannot remember this ever happening before and always regard upates as ready to go. Hopefully this is just a minor slip but I am leaving my system alone until someone tells me what is happening.
