Enttec Pixelators and EOS

I'm working with some Enttec pixel tape, with their Pixelator as the driver. The Pixelators are supposed to be capable of accepting sACN, but so far I'm not able to control the tape from the EOS (v2.2.1.9). The pixelators have static IP addresses (10.101.200.xxx), but are not visible in the GCE. I am able to connect with them using the Enttec NMU software and the resident web page setup, so they are definitely on the network. Anyone have any experience with the Pixelators and EOS?

GCE is for ETC products that speak ACN, so it's no proven they don't turn up there. Are you sure that in patch the respective channels have sACN as interface activated? You could also try in the Shell to change the sACN setting from Draft to Release or the other way round

For future forum readers, which sACN setting was it? (Did draft sACN work, or ratified/released sACN?)

The released version is what worked, we were set on draft initially.
