Cannot access shell in EOS nomad offline for PC

I cannot access the shell in EOS nomad offline for PC. Exit closes the program and does not drop to shell. any thoughts?

Trying to configure an offline visualizer.

you probably didn't install nomad but rather the console software. try again with the correct installer...
