One way you could do it is look in the console log (exit to shell and Save Logs). Each time a show file is opened or saved the same statistics that scroll through the CIA area are stored in the log, e.g:
You might want to verify this in the manual or hit the help key about it, but wouldn't the [about] key do this? I know in Expression [about] [enter] will tell you all that information. I think in Ion though, you have to hold [about] while hitting [enter] at the same time.
That only puts the desk in about mode. So then you can get info about a channel or a cue or most other record target. I have not found an About Show function in the manual yet.
