Hello everyone,
Im trying to install a remote processing unit into our lighting system. The consoles are running the same software and fixture library as I have just installed it on both the processor and the Ion, which will be running as a client. However, when I try to connect to the master(the processor) it is telling me that they are not running the same software even though i just installed the same software on each. I have also disabled the DHCP on the client as recommended by ETC. Any thoughts, does the OS software have to be the same on both the processor and the Ion or is it just the EOS software that has to be the same? Any help would be appreciated.
