Cue levels overriding parked levels.

Encountering a weird glitch, where I am in a specific cue, and the cue output is overriding everything, including parked levels.  Looking at the parked channel in About shows the channel is parked at FL, but looking at the stage, the channel is obviously at its cue level.   When I change the cue, the parked channels go back to their parked levels (FL).  When I grab the channels and make them manual, they go to their parked levels.  Any ideas?  V2.2.0

  • Whats your setup, are you running a main and backup? I wonder if you have 2 consoles online set to Primary. HTP normally rules here but this could be the problem.

    If this isn't the case.
I'd save your show, Deep Clean and then load your show again and see if it's fixed, you couldn't be see this.
If all else fails and you need a fix today, call tech support.

  • Already tried a deep clear. I do have 2 consoles, the 2nd is running as tracking backup. I've been having this issue for a while, but wasn't sure how to articulate it properly. It was today that I realized that the cuelist was overriding parked channels, and just that specific cue. Very strange.
  • If you park a channel at 0% does override it?
To fault find I'd just turn the backup off. Are you running Unison, Paradigm or some other system on the network? If you have a PC with you use ACNviewer to see what's controlling your addresses just to check.

Is your cuelist set to independent, nothing should override Park but maybe something to check.
If you post your showfile I could take a look.
And if it's a problem today call tech support they'll be able to fault find over the phone.
