Can I install Nomad on a different drive (i.e. not C:\)?

The windows installer doesn't seem to give you any opportunity to alter the default file path for installation, and in some cases it would be handy to be able to choose where to install the software (for example, if you're trying to keep C:\ as a partition that just has the operating system, or if your C drive is a small SSD).

Is there a way round this?

  • There may be a way around this on a Windows level - see this Microsoft forums question for more information. It requires editing the registry, but will generally redirect the Program Files directories to a different drive. (We haven't tested this before).
