sACN universe offsetting

Is your reference to 101-103 with the dimmers the address or the sACN universe? It all depends on what sACN universe the dimmers are on.

If your dimmers are on sACN universe 101-103, you would need the sACN offset set to be able to patch as universes 1-3 in the console.

If you set the sACN offset to 101, things attached to sACN universes 1 thru 3 would not work. They would be below your offset.

I know that with the 2.3.1 software you can take the console patch using universes 1/1-3/1 and output to any sACN universe I want to, in this case 101/1-103/1. Having the dimmers on the network, I can see to dimmers on the console in the device section of the patch. My question is: If the dimmers are set to receive on 101/1-103/1, will they show up that way in the feedback, or will they 'reverse' offset to 1/1-3/1 like the console is patched at?
