Problem after powering down and up wing

Hi,

I had a problem after I shut down accidentally my wing with a Ion desk. When i power up the wing again, none of the keys of the face panel where working anymore and i had a message on the lcd screen: ETC ION FACE PANEL REVISION F / 431AB4602RFUF / Firmware v1.3.

I had to shut the desk off to make it work again, is there another way to make it work again? Is it a bug?

    This is a known interaction where unplugging power from the wing while everything else is powered down can cause issues like you describe. A reboot is the way to bring it all back. If you unplug USB first from the wing, everything should be just fine. 

    Also, it should be noted that you always want to either have the wing docked OR connected externally with power/USB. Mixing the two can get you into a similar situation and is not recommended.
