Dimming littlite on ION 2.3.1 with Display and wheel no longer works

I also have this problem. What I noticed was that once I had the Littlite at full by using the physical dimming knob by the Littlite connector I could dim it down using Display and the Level Wheel but I couldn't dim it back up with that method. I could only bring it back to full using by using the knob.

I'm seeing that as well. I can use the physical knob to adjust the LittleLite to full. As soon as I Display+Wheel, it immediately drops to about 50%. I can dim it all the way down with the wheel but never back up past 50%. As soon as I touch the physical knob, it'll bump back to full.
