Dimming littlite on ION 2.3.1 with Display and wheel no longer works

Sorry it's taken so long to check this but I also have an Eos "classic" running 2.3.1 and it has no control at all of it's Littlites at all. They are only off.

Yay Sara! In the post today "Bug: ION gooseneck light" she solved this for me.

Her response was:
"I could only replicate this issue when the desk lamp control in Setup>(desk settings>)Brightness Settings was set to zero.

Just to ensure that we are covering our bases, can you please check and see if this is the same at your console?"

My suspicion is that v2.3 (and now v2.4) set the default for this setting at zero. Both our Eos classic and our Ion (Windows 7) had this problem starting with the update to v2.3. I just checked both consoles and they both had brightness settings of zero for the desk lamp.

The value set in the settings for the desk light act as a master apparently . So if the value is set to 50% you cannot make it brighter, if it's value is set to zero you cannot turn it on at all.
