My venue has an older EOS classic (S/N 254). With the advent of magic sheets we are utilizing the touch screens more and more but finding them to not be the most responsive. Certain areas of the screens respond fine while other areas require multiple taps before they recognize the touch. This is more than a simple calibration issue.
Have any changes been made to the touchscreen through the life of the Eos Classic? Are there hardware updates available or any known issues with the original screens?
