Using Innospotpro's and building cues.

Hi, All. I know just enough to be dangerous. I work for a multifunction art center as the Operations manager / EVERYTHING else.

I am running a newly appropriated ETC Element, and loving it. got all the patching grouping sub'ing and programming accomplished. Lately I've been building cues for different event. I notice that the movement of my ADj Innospotpros when in a cue is very slow and no matter how I mess with the timing in the cues they move like mollasses and on top of that if they are changing color/gobo/or inserting the 3 beam prism it is very fast and jarring.

I'm certain this space ship control center we call a lighting board can alter this parameter but, I don't know how.

Can someone tell me what how the "technical" version of this question should be phrased and point me in the direction of EOS training video's I might need?

Thanks.

  • The Attribute you are looking for is Position MSpeed.

On the ML Control tab it should be to the right of the Pan/Tilt controls.

Looking at the manual this needs to be at 0 to move at its fastest speed which should mean it uses the cue timing.

You will need to make sure this is recorded at 0 in all your cues. It may have got set earlier and the information has tracked through.
