My setup:
Ion with software 2.3.1, system count of 1024, 2 X 40 Fader Wings, 1 X 20 Fader Wing
My problem:
This is a bit odd. I can't create a macro that will take me to Fader Page 11. I can create macros to go to any of the other 29 fader pages, but a macro to take me to page 11 only selects channel 11.
Here is what I am trying to do:
I want to create 2 macros. 1 macro (call it 101) will take me to fader page 1. The other macro (call it 111) will take me to fader page 11. The allows my 100 faders to appear on 2 layers of faders. Page 1 displays faders 1 thru 100 and page 11 displays faders 101 thru 200. I then can assign these macros to a USB X-Keys keyboard so I can select the layers with the press of a single button.
To create the macros, I have recorded them in Live:
Macro 101 = [Learn] [Macro] 101 [Enter] [Fader Control] + {Page 1} [Learn] - This results in "FaderWing_Page1" appearing in the Macro Editor
Macro 111 = [Learn] [Macro] 111 [Enter] [Fader Control] + {Page 11} [Learn] - This results in "FaderWing_Page11" appearing in the Macro Editor
The macro for page 1 works perfectly, the macro for page 11 doesn't work at all. As stated, I can record a similar macro for every one of the other pages and it works fine. Only the macro for page 11 fails to work. When the page 11 macro is played back, it enters "Channel 11" into the Command Line. Ideally, I would like to have a total of 3 layers of 100 faders each to work with (Page 1, Page 11 and Page 21). No matter what I do, I can't get page 11 to work.
I know that this seems a bit trivial, but I would really like this to work as it would make busking a lot simpler for me.
Can anyone else duplicate this situation?
