Few problems on v2.3.1 b12

Probably already rectified but thought I'd mention them...Sept 2015

2015 ION 1024 with show file previously programmed on v2.2 in Sept 2014.

1. FX not taking Stop FX command in a cue when the cue has a delay on it.
2. FX not taking Q time when it's triggered by a previous cue with a hang time. FX took default cue time even with the cue being a snap. (changed cue to follow to work around the problem)
3. Patch output mystery. Senario: Haze patched to 4/505-6, Smoke Patched to 4/504. When I turned on the haze blower (4/505) the smoke machine would output. however the desk did not say it was outputting 4/504...(Fix moved haze to 5/511 to move it away from the smoke machine)
4. About Cue X/ [enter] did not display cue list data - has this function been removed?

5. When using snapshots - didn't save column width in split playback view.

Can send show file if needed.

Thanks

Max

  • Hey Max. Sorry about the delay.

1). Can you send me a show file with an example? (anne.valentino@etcconnect.com). I see that it doesn't use the delay time (errr), but it is taking the stop command.

    2) Same thing please. Couldn't see a problem with the effect fade in time using a hang. It always appeared to follow cue time.

    3) Not sure what to tell you. Let us know if you see it again? Logs with date/time would be most helpful.

    4) The About Cue List display can be found from the cue list index (Double hit the Cue button).

    5) Known issue. Will be addressed in 2.4.

(and if you could put a link to this thread in the email, that would be most appreciated.

    Thanks much!
