Effect/Tracking bug in 2.3.1

Question

Ion 1536 running v2.3.1.9.0.12 
 Single cue list. 
 I have an Absolute effect on a single parameter (dimmer) channel that starts near the top of the show and tracks through the end of the show. Intensity Blocked cues do not block its tracking, which is fine. 
 However, when using Block Enter, Block Enter to remove a partial block on a cue, this stops the tracking of the effect beyond that cue. 
 Also, it would be helpful if "Channel XX @ Enter" or "Channel XX @ Cue-Only Enter" would allow an effect on that channel to continue into the cue being modified. Right now it only pulls the background intensity, not the effect.

This is fixed in v2.3.2 beta, which is due out soon. We adjusted how blocks and effects interact, and this behavior is now better. I can't reproduce the problem with the example showfile after loading the current beta build.
